- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 2 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 c. cold milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust.

2Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes.

3Beat 1 minute.

4Stir in pumpkin and spices until well mixed.

5Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours.
