  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 whole eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 egg white lightly beaten
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lb powdered sugar (or 3 3/4 cups)
  • 4 cup mini marshmallows

    Butter 9 x 13 pan and preheat oven to 350.

    In large bowl, melt chocolate and butter together in microwave.

    With spoon, stir in eggs and egg white, one at a time.

    Then add sugar and vanilla.

    Add flour, then stir to combine.

    Pour batter into pan and bake 25 minutes.

    While the brownies are in the oven, prepare the topping: In large bowl, melt butter and chocolate together in the microwave.

    Make sure chocolate mixture isn't too hot.

    Then add egg substitute, vanilla, and sugar, stirring with a spoon until smooth.

    Stir in marshmallows.

    They will soften but not melt.

    After the brownies have baked 25 minutes, remove them from the oven.

    Immediately pour the topping mixture over top.
