  • 3/4 c. soft oleo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. milk

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add egg and vanilla.

    Sift dry ingredients.

    Add alternately with milk.

    Fold in butterscotch pieces, coconut and pecans.

    Spread in ungreased 11 x 14-inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
