- 2 lb. pork
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- sour cream
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. hot mustard
- 1/4 c. corn bread crumbs
- 1 onion
Directions

1Cut boneless pork (either ribs, tenderloin or chops) into cubes.

2Cut all excess fat from the meat.

3Cook pork cubes in frying pan with water for about 1/2 hour.

4Drain all liquid off. Add broth, soy sauce, mustard, cheese and corn bread crumbs into frying pan.

5Cook until thickens and pork cubes are coated.

6Pork can be eaten by itself, with rice or noodles.
