- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. graham crumbs
Directions

1Place one layer of whole graham crackers on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

2Melt margarine, add sugar, milk and egg. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.

3Add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs.

4Spread

5half of mixture over graham crackers in dish, then top with another layer of graham crackers.

6Spread remaining mixture over graham crackers, then top with another layer of crackers.

7Frost with: 1/2 stick melted margarine, 2 cups powdered sugar and enough evaporated milk to blend.
