Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 1 small vanilla instant pudding; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip; 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple; 3 or 4 bananas; 1 small pkg. Angel Flake coconut; 1 c. chopped pecans; 1 small jar maraschino cherries; 1 c. sugar

1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 or 4 bananas
1 small pkg. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1 c. sugar

Directions

Mix and bake cake according to directions. Drain off 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Add sugar to pineapple. Boil 6 minutes. Let cool, then spread over cake. Make instant pudding according to directions and beat in cream cheese until smooth. Spread over pineapple layer. Slice bananas over pudding layer, then spread Cool Whip on next. Top with nuts, cherries and coconut.
