- 1-1/2 pound Fresh Green Beans, Ends Trimmed
- 6 slices Bacon
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
Directions

1Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until just crisp tender, about 4-6 minutes, depending on size of green beans. Drain.

2In a skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Chop and set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.

3Add the green beans to the skillet with reserved bacon grease. Toss for 1 to 2 minutes, until coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Toss green beans with lemon juice.

4Arrange green beans on a platter. Top with chopped egg and bacon.
