  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. broth
  • half of cooked giblet
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 c. dry bread crumbs (3 white; 7 cornbread)
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. sage (fresh)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning

    Melt butter in large cooker.

    Pour in onions, celery and parsley; cook until tender.

    In large bowl, add bread, seasonings and 1/2 giblets.

    Add cooked mixture to this.
