- 1 small pan cooked cornbread
- 1 small pan biscuits
- 1/2 can sage
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- cooked giblets, chopped
- broth
- 1/2 can evaporated milk (large)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Make cornbread and biscuits ahead for convenience.

2Crumble in a large mixing bowl.

3Add eggs, celery and onion.

4Add meat from neck and liver (chopped).

5If you do not have giblets, you can add chopped meat from a few pieces cooked chicken.

6Add milk and enough broth to get consistency of cornbread mix.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Add sage to taste; you may prefer less.

9Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

10Cook at 425° until brown, approximately 15 minutes.
