Linguini Salad

- 1 lb. linguini
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Ken's light Italian dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled
Directions

1Chop 4 tomatoes and place in a large bowl.

2Add chopped onion, chopped cucumbers, chopped green chilies and the chopped parsley. Toss and refrigerate overnight.

3Next day, cook linguini according to package.

4Drain and add cold water to make it cold.

5Drain thoroughly.

6Put into large bowl; add tomato mixture and toss while adding salad dressing.

7Put into a serving platter and top with crumbled Feta cheese.
