Dressing For Fruit Salad

- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Beat eggs in boiler.

2Add sugar, salt, margarine, fruit juice and flour.

3Cook until thick, stirring constantly; when ready to serve, whip the cream and stir into mixture.

4Use over mixed fruit.

5This makes a quart and will keep a week in the refrigerator.

6Can also be used as a dip for fruit.
