- celery seed or leaves to taste
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- dash of powdered sage
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Season to taste with salt, pepper, sage and celery.

2Mix well.

3Add the melted butter.

4Moisten with water or milk or with broth from cooked fowl.

5Oysters may be added, if desired.

6Put in pan and bake in moderate oven at 350° approximately 30 minutes.
