- 1 1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie shell
Directions

1Cook apricots with 1 1/2 cups water in saucepan until tender. Blend sugar, salt, cornstarch and 3 tablespoons apricot liquid in small bowl.

2Stir into apricots.

3Cook until thick, stirring constantly.

4Cool.

5Spoon into pie shell.

6Chill until serving time.
