- 1 lb. dried beef
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp. Accent
- Tabasco or hot sauce (few drops)
Directions

1Put dried beef into blender or food processor and make crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup to roll the finished balls in.

2Mix everything else together by hand and form 2 balls.

3After rolling balls in crumbled dried beef, refrigerate overnight.

4Serve as a spread for crackers.
