- 5 1/2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 2/3 cups dried figs
- 1 1/4 cups dried apricots
- 6 3/8 tablespoons walnuts
- 1/2 tablespoon brandy
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions

1In a blender, finely chop the almonds. Set aside.

2Also chop the figs in the blender so they form a thick and sticky paste.

3Add the almonds and mix.

4Add the chopped walnuts, apricots cut into small pieces, brandy, and honey. Mix well to obtain a very thick paste.

5Roll the dough into a sausage and wrap it in a piece of parchement paper. The paper will prevent it from drying out. Store in a cool place. It can be made 2 to 3 days in advance.

6To serve, cut into slices.
