  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Mix sugar and melted butter.

    Add egg and dry yeast, dissolved in warm water.

    Add flour.

    Drop by spoonfuls in muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    This mixture will keep for one week in the refrigerator.
