  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 1 medium onion, cut in rings
  • butter
  • dusting flour

Directions

    Put basil in wine and let sit while preparing chicken.

    Brown lightly floured chicken in butter until brown.

    Add wine mixture and onions.

    Cook covered in 375* oven for 1 hour.
