Ingredients

  • 1 ham, any size
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 8 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 c. herb wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 1/2 c. white wine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except bay leaves, ham and white wine.

    Place bay leaves in bottom of pan.

    Place ham on top of bay leaves.

    Spread paste over ham.

    Add white wine in bottom of pan. Bake at 300 to 325° for 20 minutes per pound of ham, basting frequently.
