- 1 ham, any size
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 8 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 c. herb wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except bay leaves, ham and white wine.

2Place bay leaves in bottom of pan.

3Place ham on top of bay leaves.

4Spread paste over ham.

5Add white wine in bottom of pan. Bake at 300 to 325° for 20 minutes per pound of ham, basting frequently.
