  • 3 lb chicken
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 rotisserie chicken seasoning or your favorite herbs and spices

    trim excess fat from chicken

    rinse under cold water... pat dry

    drink 1/2 of beer then cut off top with can opener

    rub butter all over chicken inside and out
  5. 5
    sprinkle seasonings all over chicken... hard to over due

    cut onion in 2 wedges... place one in beer
  7. 7
    rest bird over buttered beer can
  8. 8
    plug neck cavity with onion.... can use what ever you have...I have used celery, carrot, oranges, lemon and so on

    cook in preheated oven 375F for 1 hour15 min to 1 hour 30 min

    let stand five min before carving
