- 3 lb chicken
- 1 can beer
- 1 butter
- 1/2 onion
- 1 rotisserie chicken seasoning or your favorite herbs and spices
Directions

1trim excess fat from chicken

2rinse under cold water... pat dry

3drink 1/2 of beer then cut off top with can opener

4rub butter all over chicken inside and out

5sprinkle seasonings all over chicken... hard to over due
-
6cut onion in 2 wedges... place one in beer
-
7rest bird over buttered beer can
-
8plug neck cavity with onion.... can use what ever you have...I have used celery, carrot, oranges, lemon and so on
-
9cook in preheated oven 375F for 1 hour15 min to 1 hour 30 min

10let stand five min before carving
