  • 2 cups Red Wine
  • 1/2 pounds Spaghetti
  • 2 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Bring water and wine to a boil.

    Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

    In a bowl toss pasta, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
