Ingredients: 2 cups Sugar Cookie Mix; 2 cups Powdered Sugar; 1/2 cups Butter; 1/4 cups International Delight Sugar Cookie Creamer; 2/3 cups White Chocolate Chips; 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract; 1/2 cups Sprinkles

2 cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 cups Butter
1/4 cups International Delight Sugar Cookie Creamer
2/3 cups White Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cups Sprinkles

Line an 8x8 in baking pan with parchment paper or foil.

In a large microwave safe bowl, mix together sugar cookie mix and powder sugar. Cut butter into cubes and sprinkle over the top of the mixture. Add creamer, but do not stir.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and mix together. Add white chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Pour into prepared pan, and immediately top with sprinkles. Press down gently.

Place in refrigerator until completely set. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
