Ingredients

  • 2 -4 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 14 cup red chili powder
  • 14 cup ground cumin
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 12 cup sweet paprika
  • 13 cup celery salt
  • 13 cup garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons oregano

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

    Store in a covered glass container in the fridge, or freeze in a plastic covered freezer-safe container.

    To use; rub all over to coat the beef, pork or chicken.

    Marinate if desired.
