- 2 -4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 14 cup red chili powder
- 14 cup ground cumin
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 12 cup sweet paprika
- 13 cup celery salt
- 13 cup garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons oregano
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

2Store in a covered glass container in the fridge, or freeze in a plastic covered freezer-safe container.

3To use; rub all over to coat the beef, pork or chicken.
