  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut corn (2 1/2 c.)
  • 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Place alternate layers of corn and bread crumbs in a greased baking dish with sprinklings of pepper.

    Add butter and seasonings to each layer.

    Pour over milk and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
