  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • cheese choice, grated
  • 1 egg beaten

    Put the oven on broil.

    Boil the potatoes in plenty of boiling water.

    Once cooked, mash them with the butter, salt, pepper, and cheese. If it still looks too thick, you can add milk little by little until reaching your desired consistency.

    Place the mashed potatoes in a pastry bag or a sealed plastic bag with the corner cut off. Squeeze out cone-shaped sections onto a baking tray.

    Paint beaten egg on the top of each cone and broil until golden.
