  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pie filling (cherry, etc.)
  • 1 yellow or white cake mix
  • 3/4 to 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. coconut (flaked)
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dump pineapple and pie filling in bottom of oblong pan.

    Mix and spread evenly over bottom.

    Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over those.

    Pour melted margarine over cake mix.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle evenly with coconut and then pecans.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
