  • 2/3 c. cooking oil
  • 2/3 c. water (warm)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

    Dump cake mix into a bowl. Mix the Jell-O in 2/3 cup water and add to cake mix. Add remaining ingredients and bake 45 minutes in a tube pan at 350°.
