  • 1/2 cabbage, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • Tony Chachere's salt-free Creole seasoning
  • garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Add remaining vegetables. Fill pot halfway with water.
