- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/4 c. skim milk (may take a little more)
Directions

1Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

2Cut in shortening. Add milk to make a stiff dough.

3Roll dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 1-inch strips or squares.
