- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 6 c. flour
- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 8 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla

1Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl.

3Mix eggs separately.

4Put eggs, vanilla and melted margarine in the well.

6Scoop approximately 1 teaspoon of batter in each square of waffle iron.

7Using medium setting, cook until lightly browned.

8If cookies tend to dry out, place a slice of bread inside container.
