  • 1 lb. Butter or Margarine
  • 2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 2 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 c. Oatmeal
  • 2 c. Flake Cereal (Wheaties, Raisin Brain, Total, etc.)
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Nuts (Chopped)

Directions

    1. Melt butter over low heat.

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, melted butter and mix together with a wooden spoon or hands. 3. Drop big spoonful on ungreased pan and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
