Dusty Potatoes

   Peel and quarter potatoes.

   Combine bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

   Dip potatoes in melted butter; roll in bread crumb mixture.

   Place in greased jelly roll pan or on a cookie sheet with sides.

   Bake until crisp and brown, about 1 hour, at 350°.
