  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell (deep dish is best)

    Mix sliced and peeled apples with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; place in an unbaked pie shell.
