  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 6 cups (1425 ml) sliced apples
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon
  • 1 cup (225 ml) flour
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix the apples with the sugar and cinnamon.

    Pile in the pie shell.

    Mix flour, brown sugar and butter.

    Press this topping on top of the apples.

    Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 35 to 40 minutes.
