- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt together.

2Add milk and butter.

3Pour into greased and floured 8-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.

4Sprinkle top of cake with cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar mixture while cake is still hot.
