  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt together.

    Add milk and butter.

    Pour into greased and floured 8-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.

    Sprinkle top of cake with cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar mixture while cake is still hot.
