  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. bottled Russian or Catalina salad dressing
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. wine or cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in Dutch oven.

    Arrange onion slices over chicken.

    Combine all remaining ingredients and blend together.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
