- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/3 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. grape jelly
Directions

1Saute the cabbage in the margarine 5 minutes.

2Add brown sugar, onion and apples.

3Cook another 5 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer slowly for about 20 minutes.
