- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Immerse cabbage in large kettle of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes or until leaves are limp; separate leaves.

2Mix meat, onion and rice; add salt and pepper to season.

3Add 1 can tomato soup; mix well.

4Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture on each cabbage leaf; fold sides of leaf to center and roll leaf around mixture.

5Place lapped end down in baking dish.

6Cover with the other can of soup.

7Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
