  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Whip separately whites and yolks of 5 eggs.

    Add 1/3 cup sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Mix 1 quart milk, 1 can Eagle Brand and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

    Add whipped yolks and fold in egg whites.

    Serve ice cold with sprinkled nutmeg.
