- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Milk

2Very simple.

3Crack the egg, and add the sugar and milk.

4Pour through a strainer.

5Place in your containers and wrap.

6Put two cups of water in an earthenware pot and bring to a boil.

7Spread crinkled aluminum foil on the bottom.

8Carefully add the containers, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes.

9Stop the heat and let sit for 15 minutes while still covered.

10Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove from the pot.

11Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and it's complete!

12Top with maple syrup if you like, it's very delicious.

13You can also use cups or ramekins!

14Aside from an earthenware pot, I also made this using a Le Creuset pot.
