- 8 oz. shredded coconut
- 8 oz. chopped pecans
- German or Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
Directions

1Follow directions on cake mix box.

2Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

3Cover bottom of pan with coconut and spread with nuts.

4Pour prepared cake mix over top.

5Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar, spoon over cake mix.

6Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

7Place on larger pan for serving.
