- 2 Egg yolks
- 300 ml Milk
- 45 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 dash Vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine the ingredients and sift.

2Microwave the milk at 700 W for about 2 minutes.

3Whisk the milk into the ingredients a little at a time.

4Then, mix in the beaten egg in small batches.

5Microwave at 700 W for 2:30~3 minutes.

6Take out to stir 2 or 3 times along the way.

7When it is as thick as you'd like, remove from the microwave.

8Add the butter and vanilla extract to Step 4 while it's still hot, and mix.

9Once finished, pour it all into a shallow container.

10Cover the surface of the custard completely with a sheet if plastic wrap and leave to cool.

11The plastic prevents the surface from drying out, and you can remove it cleanly.
