- 100 g butter
- 100 g dark cooking chocolate
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup milk
- 1 14 cups self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup apricot, chopped
- 12 cup pecans, roughly chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 160* and grease a muffin pan.

2Place butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan, and melt over low heat.

3Stir in milk, flour, cocoa, appricots and nuts.

4Mix until just combined.

5Spoon into pan, and bake for 25 minutes, or until muffins bounce back when touched gently in centre.
