  • 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Refried Beans
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Salsa
  • 1 bag (about 6 Oz. Bag) Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Ro-tel, Drained
  • 1 can (Small 2.2 Oz. Can) Sliced Black Olives, Drained

Directions

    Spread refried beans in a 9x13 baking dish.

    Mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning together and place the mixture on top of the refried bean layer.

    Next, spread the jar of salsa on top of layers 1 and 2.

    Put shredded lettuce on top of the salsa layer.

    Next, put the shredded cheese on top of the lettuce.

    Drain the Ro-tel and sprinkle on top of the cheese layer.

    Drain olives and sprinkle on top of cheese and Ro-tel layers.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
