  • 1 acorn squash, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 18 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    preheat oven to 350F.

    place the halves face down on cookie sheet.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove, flip over, add filling (butter and either brown sugar or salt/pepper, or both).

    Bake for 20 more minutes.
