- 1 can pie apples
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 lb. margarine or butter
Directions

1First mix together water and cinnamon.

2Next, grease a loaf tin and spread the can of apples evenly on the bottom.

3Add the water and cinnamon mixture.

4Be sure butter is cold and break up into small particles, then combine flour, sugar and butter until mixture has the consistency of crumbs.

5Do not handle too much, just enough to crumble and blend.

6Sprinkle evenly on top of apples.

7Bake in 450° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

8Let stand a few minutes before serving.
