- penne pasta (2 c. uncooked)
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. zucchini, sliced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1 (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Boil pasta in 6 cups water with bouillon. Drain and set aside. In skillet, pour 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat.

2Saute chopped garlic, zucchini, basil, oregano, salt and pepper for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook until chicken is done and zucchini is tender, tossing lightly.

3Add tomatoes; reduce heat.

4Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Serve over pasta.

6Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan.
