Easy Apple Dumplings

- 2 lb. apples, peeled and cut into eighths
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. orange juice
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.

2Cut each in half lengthwise to make 16 triangles.

3Place an apple slice at wide end of each triangle and roll up.

4Arrange in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Drizzle with melted butter.

6Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rolls.

7Pour orange juice into pan, but not over rolls.

8Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes.

9If you like more tender apples, cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
