Easy Apple Kuchen

- 2 envelopes active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (110~)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 6 medium apples or 2 (20 oz. each) cans pie sliced apples, drained
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixer bowl.

2Blend in eggs and half dry cake mix.

3Beat for 1 minute at medium speed. Add remaining cake mix and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. (Batter should be quite stiff, but not dough like).

4Let rest 5 minutes.
