- lump of butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Separate eggs and reserve egg whites for meringue.

2Mix remaining ingredients and cook slowly until like jelly.

3Bake pie shell.

4Put mixture in pie shell and cover with meringue made from the egg whites.
