"Easy As Pie" Cake

Directions

   Prepare cake as directed (adding flour), using only the whites of the required eggs.

   Substitute the amount of required oil with an equal amount of applesauce.

   Follow directions for mixing on cake mix package and pour into lightly sprayed or buttered pan. Bake according to directions.

   Cool before removing from pan. Frost, if desired.
